LongArm Pad

I have a 17' kayak and a 15' canoe that I've been able to transport in the back of my Volvo XC70 with the long arm. I only use this for fairly short distances and need to secure the lift gate on the Volvo. It greatly reduces the risk of dropping a boat from roof level of an SUV. This pad protects the boat when using the long arm.
