Shipping policy

For orders over $200, shipping within the continental US is on us, except for a few special instances.

We charge a flat rate for shipping items and orders under $200. This rate is based on the weight of the product.  We strive to offer you the best shipping times through dependable shipping services such as UPS and USPS. In your cart, you will be given the appropriate flat rate for your purchase. 

Certain specialty items, oversized items (cargo boxes, platforms, awnings, etc), or products shipping directly from the manufacturer might carry additional charges or slightly longer delivery times. Information is available either on the product page or at checkout.

Shipping rates are subject to change for remote locations and oversized items. In such a case, you will be contacted with the exact shipping charge before we process your order.

Buy Online Pickup In-Store

All B.O.P.I.S. items can be picked up for no charge at our Bend, Oregon location. If you require help with installation we are happy to help. Installation is priced on a product-by-product basis.
