I had big hopes for this rack given the size and price. Unfortunately it has not lived up to expectations. I struggle with short stems as well as the curved bars on my kids bikes. If there is anything on your bars like a bell, computer mount or light clip, it will not seat properly. I would also add that you have to be very careful loading as the brake handle from the neighbouring bike rubs on the head tube of the adjacent bike which will scratch it. The foot pedal has also stuck open on mine and the mast dropped into my car. If you add a bike with drop bars you also lose an adjacent space as the bars sit in the space that another bike should be. All in it is a bike rack but there are some serious shortcomings in this design that should be addressed.

This bike rack is an absolute winner. We've tried multiple racks in the past and this one fits the bill. The bikes all hang with space between to prevent rubbing and scratching. We can easily load multiple bikes without having to fit them together like a puzzle. The rack is also generally smaller and lighter than massive tray style bikes, making it easier to mount and store. And the best part is you can load both road and mountain bikes. Weekends away to MTB and road ride are now in the cards!

Generally like the design with hang over the bars and easier way to load bikes.
But the bike rack has 2 major issues:
- awful for bikes with short stem. Puts scratches on frames and cracked a screen on my friend's ebike. Unacceptable and could be designed better.
- very wobbly, not sturdy.
