You kinda need to get this

The top shelf itself isn't a crazy standout product, but imo you kind of need it to fully utilize the EXO system. I bought the deluxe exo openrange and the top shelf allows the box to sit perfectly at the right height, and it's nice that It can swing around. I've noticed that the screw in bolt that acts to lock the top shelf into place, and prevent it from rotating tends to loosen as you drive it. I'd recommend storing it when not in use if possible.
