Leveraging our new HD Bars for a 500-lb. on-road carrying capacity, and paired with Yakima’s 300-lb. Off-Road Rating, the OverHaul HD truck rack is the ideal foundation for heavy loads. The crossbar height can be adjusted to suit your needs: way up, for long loads to go over the cab—or down low, to get the rack out of the wind. The uprights are easy to take on and off in minutes, so the truck’s only racked-up when needed. The OverHaul HD truck rack uses any of our HD Crossbar sizes (HD Crossbars sold separately), and accepts our SideBars™ for attaching off-road and utility accessories. Multiple tie-down points and the ability to fit most truck beds—including select tonneau covers—make this an ultra-functional rack that works and plays as hard as you do.

I put the Yakima OverHaul HD on my '15 Tundra, and it’s been worth every penny. The build quality is bombproof — thick steel, solid hardware, nothing feels flimsy. The Adjustability is nice, but there are a lot of bolts to adjust to move the bars. Either way - it's been great for my Kayaks, and for the occasional trip to the lumber yard. Planning on at RTT later this year.

Purchased the Overhaul HD Towers with HD Bars and Side Bars with the Track Kit for a 2025 Tacoma TRD OffRoad 6ft bed. All products are well built and very sturdy. The products that mount to the bars and towers are interchangeable allowing one to set up limitless configurations. Install is straightforward with clear instructions. I am using these for carrying surfboards and fishing gear. Everything secures quite well. I used the Top Grip on the Side Bar to hold a shovel. Easy install and the shovel is very secure
